The Cacti Fur Collective is an elite force of poets who were recently gathered in a Grandma Moses Press publication. In early April of 2026 they went on a 2 city New Mexican tour, first in Las Cruces and then a week later in Silver City. Here’s some pictures from the Las Cruces event:

There were no photographs taken a week later in Silver City at the reading there. The event was just too magical for me to want and touch my phone (besides, we had no Arch Jones in Silver). Sometimes poetry is just too sick or the moment simply too sublime to be interrupted with the grabbing of a phone.
Grandma Moses Press is actively working on Cacti Fur Collective Volume 2 which should be released by late Summer 2026.
