back together again

it was another near death experience

 coming home last night 

om om take me away 

take me to the stars and lights and bright city nights 

in the fun

 times 

those days of friends and dinner times

laughs and breaths

 here we go again 

back 

to the breath of life 

the scents

the presence

 the ins and outs

 innies and outies 

celebrating sunshine and retreat 

dark times are good too for we learn and grow 

in the silent darkness

 of where has everybody gone?  

where have they been all these years? 

and here we are anyway after all this time! 

still here now 

still floating up to the stars 

over basics

beginners minds

yogic blisses 

girls on floors

 knocking knocks  

lying flat on hardwoods

shh-ivasana

its our retreat

at high speeds 

through deserts 

back desert roads

deep thoughts wondering 

why 

why is it like this?  

wandering 

third eye working hard out there 

open and shining 

on the sun beating down 

beating down hard

 rays of golden light

 soak it up

 drink it in

 suck it down 

it burns sometimes

 this light 

this hard core burning 

of karma thru action 

right action 

right thoughts

 ill keep it in mind 

keep it in my heart

 keep it wandering free 

these thoughts on these roads 

these back roads 

through old towns and sacred sites 

just passing through

thanks for the signal 

the signs the open roads 

the glowing sunsets

 the drive by glory 

the paradise out of windows

  looking deep 

dreaming big

 of times of good days

those good old days

the times we were free

when we were just running

giggling in fields

sneaking out late

laughing over everything

flipping and jumping

just being a kid

and feeling happy and free

so I got back in touch

found those days and feelings again 

through magic and focus pocus

I got there

going deeper now.    

Growing in 

and up other ways

 that’s nice too 

we can’t stay forever

learning and adapting

 is part of our cosmos 

it’s in the stars

the wax and wane 

the sun and moon  

time to shine again

I am not seeing

 what I want to see.

  despite what they say

 I want to see more

   the other realms 

 I want to see what is above and beyond 

this  

 behind the earth, above the earth, way down below the roots 

 way up high

 so much more than what we see here

the visible spectrum

all this is here for us to see

to unsee 

embrace the unseen 

hug the invisible

 be invisible sometimes 

they don’t see me and that’s a good thing 

I can sing more and walk through walls more and 

just sit and watch and wait

wait for them to see me

so I can save them

so they can save me

from myself

and send me off

into the sunset

like I hope

for them too
